At Seattle Coffee Gear, we want you to love your brew; if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return most new, unused items within 30 days for a full refund. Please note that used espresso machines and grinders may be subject to a restocking fee to ensure we can maintain our high standards of quality.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack with Care

  Place the item in its original manufacturer packaging, including all accessories and manuals, then secure it inside a sturdy shipping box with protective padding.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the box, and drop it off at the designated carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the equipment at our warehouse, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
